I first became interested in my own health in my mid-to-late-20s, when I found that while playing basketball, my youthful athletic ability wasn't enough to get by on anymore. I had to start thinking about changing other habits like diet, etc., or I was going to lose my edge. Today, even though my habits are still nowhere near perfect, I still play basketball at a high level and keep myself in good physical shape. Moxxor is by far the best Omega-3 I've taken thus far, and I've tried Norwegian cod liver oil liquid and capsules, so-called "pharmaceutical grade" fish oil, and a certain other web health guru's recommended krill oil. So I've taken some quality stuff. I can tell you based on that experience that Moxxor takes the cake. So much so that I decided to become a distributor myself. (Was "cake" a bad choice of words for a health food supplement website? :\) Sure, it's a bit more expensive than the stuff they sell at Walgreens, but there is no comparison.
