Greetings to all,

I've been active for most of my soon to be 50 years of life.  Sports, weight lifting, martial arts, motocross, etc.  The last 10 years, I've scaled back a bit, but I've never had any major health problems, just the " your getting older and can't do anything about it, so slow down ", aches and pains.  Still love to build things, so I was upset when in the summer of  '07, I injured both knees on a remodeling job and was having pain, swelling, and limited range of motion.  If I worked hard one day, I'd be laid up for two.

I was considering surgery, when my wife and I were introduced to Moxxor in late Oct. of  '08.  It was 2 to 3 weeks later while working in the yard I stopped and thought, was I squating down?  I was !  Wow!  My knees bend again!  When and where did the pain go?  I can squat down without having to grab something to haul myself back up!  Down-up-down-up.  This is great!  I bet my neighbors thought I'd lost my mind.  And those " getting old " aches and pains?  Well, it's so nice to get up in the morning, stretch and flex just because it feels good, not so I can feel half way decent.  I'm also finding that I sleep better and I'm more alert through the day.
