My professional background is in Speech Pathology and Early Childhood Special Education.  I am a mom to 3 incredible sons, grandmother to a gorgeous grandson, mother-in-law to a great "daughter" and last but not least, I am married to a wonderful, supportive husband.  Nutrition, health and wellness have been a major focus of mine since my children were young and while I was working in the area of special education.  Various health challenges of my own, my children’s  and of children I worked with, who had special needs, led me to become a research and health advocate. 

I love sharing information about how to support your body and health by natural means….giving your body the information it needs to function at its optimal level.
